PROJECT · FULL RENOVATION

Lit niches and an oak entrance.

A bookcase of drywall niches lit by recessed spotlights, a false ceiling bulkhead and floor-to-ceiling oak cupboards in the entrance, on a stone floor.

THE PROJECT

Drywall, oak and light.

Rather than a freestanding piece of furniture, the niches are built in drywall, straight into the wall: they form a built-in bookcase for displaying decorative pieces. Recessed spotlights light them and show off these pieces in the evening.

A false ceiling bulkhead completes the scheme. Made of drywall, it allows the lighting to be planned and hides the cables, with no visible chasing in the walls.

In the entrance, floor-to-ceiling oak cupboards provide storage without cluttering the way through. The oak answers the stone floor: natural materials, matched from one room to the next.

This kind of project brings several trades together: drywall, electrics, joinery and flooring. Nova coordinates them, with a single point of contact from the visit to the handover.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your questions about interior renovation.

What can you put in drywall niches?

Decorative pieces and books. Our agent adapts the framing and reinforcements to what you want to display.

How much does an interior renovation cost?

The price depends on the floor area, the condition of the property and the work you choose. Our agent draws up a detailed quote after the visit.

Can you renovate just one room?

Yes: an entrance hall, a living room, or a single job such as a false ceiling or cupboards, without renovating the whole house.

Can you take care of the decoration too?

Yes. Nova can handle the decoration alongside the works, within the same schedule.

How long does the project take?

It depends on the floor area and the work planned. The schedule comes with the quote.

Do you work all over the island?

Yes: North, West, Centre, East and South. Just give your town or village in the quote request.
